Our mission statement of “Equality for All, Special Interest for None” is illuminated in this Merit Matters article published and entitled “White Applicants for Upcoming FDNY Test Given Special Treatment Denied to Blacks, Asians, Hispanics, and Others.” Our motto and philosophy are perfectly aligned with this sentence in the third paragraph: “Discrimination against one is discrimination against all, is it not?”
