During the ceremony to welcome the new recruits, we were also able to honor the promotion of four new captains.  Congratulations to Joseph Delikat, Kevin Dugan, Anthony Graves and Fredrick Pecora on their appointments to their new positions.  We look forward to seeing these new leaders excel in their placement and expect great things from them in the future.
